What This Grant Funds
Through this Addendum to the Global Development Alliance (GDA) Annual Program Statement (APS), No. APS-OAA-16-000001 (the GDA APS), USAID/Ukraine is making a special call for the submission of Concept Papers focused on stimulating innovation in the health sector through public-private alliances, and to drive broader innovation supporting more inclusive, sustainable growth in Ukraine, specifically in areas relevant to USAID’s 2018-2023 Country Development Strategy.
