These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrantQuick (the "Service"), operated by Weblabra ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using GrantQuick, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
GrantQuick is a free informational tool that aggregates and displays federal grant opportunities from publicly available government sources (Grants.gov and Simpler.Grants.gov APIs). We provide summaries, category organization, and search functionality to help users discover relevant federal funding opportunities.
The Service is intended for informational purposes only. We do not process grant applications, provide grant-writing services, or guarantee eligibility for any funding opportunity.
2. Accuracy & Disclaimer
While we strive to maintain accurate and timely information, grant data may not reflect real-time changes made by federal agencies. Deadlines, eligibility criteria, funding amounts, and other details may change without notice on the source systems.
You must always verify grant details directly on Grants.gov before submitting an application. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed on GrantQuick.
3. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weblabra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: missed grant deadlines, inaccurate data, unfunded applications, lost revenue, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means.
- Use the Service to support fraudulent grant applications or misrepresent eligibility.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell grant summaries or other GrantQuick-generated content without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
Federal grant data sourced from Grants.gov is public domain. Summaries, organization, UI design, and other original content created by GrantQuick are the intellectual property of Weblabra and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
7. Third-Party Links
The Service contains links to Grants.gov and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
