This NOFO will focus on strengthening the institutional capacity of the Serviço de Saúde da Cidade de Maputo (SSC)/Maputo City Health to develop, plan, and coordinate the HIV program in Maputo City. This NOFO will also strengthen leadership oversight and coordination of PEPFAR HIV prevention, care, support, and treatment services in the city. Furthermore, this NOFO will promote collaboration among PEPFAR implementing partners and key stakeholders involved in HIV service delivery in Maputo City. This collaboration will to improve the service delivery models and strengthen the health system.
