Annual Program Statement for Public Diplomacy (APS)

Evaluation Criteria: We encourage creative and innovative proposals that advance one or more of the above mentioned goals. Proposals that focus on youth leadership, women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, and engagement of underserved populations will be viewed favorably.Submission Requirements: All proposals must include the following items 1. A cover letter/application letter 2. The organization’s official registration documentation 3. The list of Key members of the organization 4. A description of the proposed project’s activities and goals 5. A detailed budget. 6. The projected period of performance (start and end dates) 7. Support/recommendation letters (if available)
