What This Grant Funds

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to negotiate a 36-month sole source cooperative agreement with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), a non-profit organization. IACP will perform the following tasks: project management and administration; network and outreach of ITS Public Safety Initiatives; and support the Law Enforcement Chiefs – Intelligent Transportation Technology Category. The IACP is the only known source possessing the unique knowledge, experience and expertise to fulfill this requirement.
