For-profit organizations, including small businesses. State, county, city, township, and special district governments, including the District of Columbia, domestic territories, and freely associated states. Independent school districts. Native American tribal governments. Native American tribal organizations. Hospitals, including rural emergency hospitals. Community-based organizations. Community health centers, including federally qualified health centers. Rural health clinics. *Domestic means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.
