What This Grant Funds

OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety, and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. This solicitation provides funding for applicant organizations to enhance and expand mentoring services for children and youth. Other: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado OJP expects that a prospective applicant that is sent an OJP Invitation Letter will be eligible to receive funding as described in the invitation. (Under certain circumstances, however, OJP ultimately may determine that an invited applicant is not, in fact, legally eligible to receive an award). All recipients and subrecipients (including any for-profit organization) must forgo any profit or management fee.
