What This Grant Funds

OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support four regional centers—one situated within each of four designated U.S. Census regions—that enhance and support the development, expansion, and continuous quality improvement of multidisciplinary teams, local children’s advocacy centers (CACs), and state chapter organizations responding to child abuse and neglect cases to improve the investigation and prosecution of child abuse and neglect and the provision of children’s advocacy center services to child victims and their families.
