What This Grant Funds

OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding to the Council of Juvenile Justice Administrators (CJJA) to continue support of a Juvenile Justice Leadership Certificate program as well as to support CJJA’s ongoing Mutual Aid Program (MAP) to support jurisdictions in need of guidance and support to assist the agencies and facilities in stabilizing and maintaining juvenile justice best-practices.
