This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 Services for Victims of Technology-Facilitated Abuse. TFA includes, but is not limited to, crimes commonly referred to as image-based sexual abuse, non-consensual distribution of intimate images, sextortion, synthetic intimate images (“deepfakes”), online stalking, harassment, and abuse.
