Due Date for Applications: Thursday, July 28, 2022, 4:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight TimeApplications must be received (not postmarked by) no later than this due date and time.Electronic and physical proposals received after the application deadline will not be considered unless it can be determined that the delay was caused by Reclamation mishandling or technical issues with the Grants.gov application system. Please note that difficulties related to an applicant’s Grants.gov profile (e.g., incorrect organizational representative), uploading documents to Grants.gov, or an applicant’s SAM registration are not considered technical issues with the Grants.gov system.Please note that any application submitted for funding under this NOFO may be subjected to a Freedom of Information Act request (5 U.S.C. §552, as amended by P.L.
