What This Grant Funds

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) mission in Haiti is issuing this Funding Opportunity to request applications for a five-year strategic Health Information System (HIS) program. USAID expects the HIS program to provide continuity to the Government of Haiti’s implementation and management of the System d’Information Sanitaire Nationale Unique (SISNU), which is an overarching comprehensive health management information system that tracks multiple indicators across a variety of health-related issues from health institutions nationwide. This Funding Opportunity comprises concrete program objectives to allow applicants the flexibility to develop and propose a detailed technical application that includes high impact, cost-effective, and market-based interventions.
