The goal is to improve the regulatory and enforcement environment resulting in the creation or strengthening of environmental policies, or promote the adoption of environmental technologies or practices in Morocco , Jordan, Oman, Panama, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, and/or Honduras.
