What This Grant Funds

In relation to preventing the acquisition, both licit (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, research and development collaborations, etc.) and illicit (e.g., forced transfer, theft of intellectual property), of advanced technologies that could be applicable for WMD and WMD-related delivery system programs, ISN/CTR is specifically seeking ideas to counter the People's Republic of China (PRC). Advanced technologies of interest include, but are not limited to: certain biotechnologies (e.g., DNA sequencers, DNA synthesizers), microprocessor/high performance computing, quantum information and sensing, guidance and propulsion systems, etc.
