What This Grant Funds

This cooperative agreement will support INL in advancing our transnational organized crime, law enforcement, counternarcotics, and rule of law priorities to provide planning and capacity building to interim, transitional, or new Government of Venezuela officials and regional partners against criminal threats emanating from Venezuela. Additionally, applicants should have a technical background in law enforcement, transnational organized crime, counternarcotics, and/or rule of law so that if/when INL/WHP identifies an emerging assistance need, the implementer has the ability to develop a detailed technical plan (to include timeline, work plan, budget, and M&E plan) for delivery within two weeks of approval pending funds availability.
