In order to be considered for participation in the program, applicants must: Be a well-established non-profit organization with demonstrated social service/case management expertise and experience managing a network of affiliates or partnering with community organizations to provide reception and placement or similar support services to refugees, migrants, or other vulnerable populations in the United States; Have been a non-profit organization in operation for at least three full years with 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education; Document the availability of private financial resources to contribute to the program, and; Operate in multiple locations across the United States.
