What This Grant Funds

To further the objectives of the U.S. Strategy on Countering Corruption; U.S. commitments under the Summit for Democracy, including the DASH initiative; and INL’s Functional Bureau Strategy; this project advances INL’s long-standing support of criminal justice institutions and civil society’s ability to counter kleptocracy and other instances of grand corruption, including advancing progress on complex, transnational corruption cases; access to PEP databases; and supporting governmental networks to build transnational resiliency against kleptocratic threats.
